My research focuses on advancing a paradigm shift towards "humanified leadership" - a new model that places empathy, emotional intelligence, and fundamental human needs at the core of leadership thought and practice. This shift is crucial in navigating the accelerating change and interconnected crises facing the Anthropocene epoch. By critically examining the shortcomings of conventional leadership approaches centered on control, prediction, and profit maximization, I aim to develop pragmatic frameworks that inspire a transformation in leadership practices across sectors. Transdisciplinary approaches, drawing from fields such as philosophical anthropology and artificial intelligence, will be employed to forge cohesive models that facilitate coordinated efforts to humanify leadership.
